Lights and Screens

Turn on all lights including small lamps

Replace broken and/or mismatching light bulbs

Turn off all TV's, computer screens, and projectors

Remove ALL items from countertops and islands

Clear personal items, figurines, sports memorabilia, or hobby items

Remove toiletries, etc. from bathroom counters, tubs, and showers

Put away laundry, hampers, towels, and trash cans

Remove religious or political items for a neutral setting

Put away children's toys and games

Remove pet toys, litter boxes, and bowls

Send away pets; in garage, kennel, or offsite

Turn off ceiling fans 5 minutes prior to appointment

Take down flags

Move vehicles, cars, boats, and trailers from the property

Make sure lawn and landscaping has been recently serviced

Put away trash cans inside and outside home

Remove yard signs

Clean driveways and paths and pressure wash as necessary

Clean pool and remove toys and floats

Arrange outdoor furniture; open patio umbrellas

Put away water hoses, toys, cleaning supplies, recycle bins, etc.

Check for and clear miscellaneous outdoor items

Ready for professional photos!
